Pandora Jewelry

This was my 1st Pandora experience. I was purchasing a birthday gift for my daughter, and my Sales associate, Samah was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very patient and helped me pick out every charm. My daughter was sooooo loves her Pandora. Samah is a true gem to Pandora:)

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff were friendly and the store was extremely clean.

The customer service. The lady that helped me she even clean my bracket and charms.

Nyla J was very professional and helpful with her suggestions to complicate my choice of jewelry. I really appreciated her help.

Customer services was excellent and Sandra was very attentive.

Every one is very nice and accomodating! The location is is easy to find and very cleaned!!

I enjoyed the experience in this store for one reason only. The staff. They were incredibly hands on and friendly. I received help from almost every person in the store and that was truly wonderful. That being said and this is not that staffs fault in anyway but the store was not in great shape. I don’t mean that it wasn’t generally clean because it was but that cases were dinged up and damaged and you could tell the store needed a face lift. When purchasing jewelry at any level I think it’s important that the store resemble a certain quaility look and this store did not do that.

Claudia was awesome. She went out of her way to help me out in my return process. 5stars for her effoet above and beyond.
