I went to the store looking to by a new ring. The sales assistant (Delia) was very helpful in helping me find one I liked, she showed me all the options and made recommendations. Would definitely ask for her next time I go to the store.

I was not aware of the return policy for online purchases. Sharon (Pentagon Mall) explained that I could only do an exchange or receive a store credit. I wanted to purchase the Murano glass charm in teal but it was out of stock. Sharon suggested a more expensive teal glittery charm that I purchased as a birthday gift for my 12-yr old granddaughter.

The store was very busy and it only took a few moments before I was greeted. The clerk was very pleasant

I was on vacation decided to stop in store ,I was very pleased store was clean,salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry .I purchase more than expected but the 25% of charms was great salesperson also show many discounted charms ,if your live in area would there again.

The staff was friendly. I was greeted immediate upon entrance of the store. They cleaned my current bracelet without having to ask.

We were assisted by 2 sales people while looking for my mother in law a gift for her birthday. Both offered great suggestions and options. Very courteous and polite. The transaction was quick and smooth. I will be back to purchase my own bracelet soon.

Everything I wanted was in stock.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Samah one of the associates that helped me today with my purchase. Samah was finishing up with a guest then headed straight to assist me! She was very knowledgeable & nice! I knew what I was looking for and she took her time with assisting me as well with my purchase.

The associates and manager on duty were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy and I will definitely be coming back to this store!
