Both sales staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The only reason that I noted that I would not be returning to the store is because I live across the country.

Maria and the store manager don’t remember her name; were highly skilled in customer service. This store didn’t have what I was looking for; but due to their experience in selling I bought two charms. Great smiles, WONDERFUL service. Will be back.

The sales associate Mara was pleasant to speak with and she helped me not only polish charms from my Pandora bangle, but also helped me pick out a bracelet for a close friend of mine. We were able to discuss which charms to get since she is more of a tomboy. She knew her charms and I believe together we picked out a BOMB bracelet!
