The representative was very helpful. I was in the store last minute for my wife's birthday. Despite her shift ending soon, she really took her time, listened and made the best recommendations. Everyone in the store was wonderful and helpful. Great customer service skills exhibited.

Tinanni HELPED me with purchasing. She is awsome-Heart for her!! Also Daisey ;Mara;Maria were very friendly and helful to me!!! the store manager Sharon is a very friendly lady. I like her alot. If I need any pandora product,I will go to this store, it's cozy and made me feel good.
