The sales associate who helped me welcomed me at the door. She asked if she could help me find anything. When I told her the kind of earrings I was hoping to find she took me right over to that section of the store and stayed with me while I asked questions about the various choices. She appeared very knowledgeable about the inventory. Very friendly and helpful sales woman.
