The associate was very friendly and nice. She knew the answers to my questions. She was knowledgeable in the merchandise.

The lady, the seller, was very nice and she helped me a lot in my choice.

I went to pandora for the first time this weekend to browse around, and one of the associates came up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. She was very patient and kind with me while I took forever to make up my mind what ring I wanted.

The team answered my quiries immidiatly and they provided the information quickly and clearly.

It was on a Holiday and I expected for the lines to go slow but the really went faster than a normal day, I really like Pandora.

My experience at the Pandora Pentagon City Store was above and beyond what I expected. In the past when I went into Pandora stores, I felt as if my experience was rushed and not very personal. That was not the case with the associate who assisted my Tianna S. She was extremely pleasant, personable, patient and friendly. She made the experience pleasant and she was patient. Because of her excellent customer service skills I will be sure to frequent that particular store and make suggestions for others to go there as well.
