I am new to Pandora, started Feb 2018. I have 2 bangles and about 20 charms/spacers., I have also recently started my daughter on her journey with Pandora. Within the last few months I have visited several Pandora stores looking for new items to add to my/our story and I have had good experiences at each location. However, my visit at Fashion Centre in Arlington, Virginia was beyond amazing. Monica, my sales rep took time to explain different items, gave recommendation, shared items she loved and why, took the time to rearrange my bracelets and wanted to make sure I loved the changes. then once she realize I was visiting for California, she gave some suggestions of places to go, which I did and thankful that I was able to do things I would not have thought about. She is truly a asset to your organization.

Sales associates were pleasant and very helpful. Was visiting from out of town and was in search of a charm to add to my travel bracelet. Tianni provided a variety of options, offered to clean my braclet and ensured I was satisfied with the selections offered

Tianni was nice and attentive. Despite having limited inventory, she was able to accommodate my needs and desires in product.

The store was well lit. The associate was knowledge about the merchandise. The exchange of merchandise was easy.

The salesperson Ms. Freda was very knowledgeable of the petite facets I was purchasing. She help me choose and I was highly satisfied!!
