Out of all the other location that I have visited, this one was the best customer service I have received. The rep was very helpful, Knowledgeable and even offered to clean my jewelry that I had previously purchased. A service I never knew that was offered.

When I entered the store, I was immediately serviced. Once I explained what I was looking for another sales clerk recommended a charm that worked perfectly. I liked the immediate service and the team work of the sales associates.

I was greeted right away upon entering the store. I wanted to see an open bangle bracelet, and was shown a couple sizes for fit. Then I was shown how to take the caps off and on. Very pleasant experience.

The lighting in the store was perfect,so you can clearly see what you are getting. The sales lady was very plesent and attentive. The selection is great and there was more to choose from in a catalog that was available

The sales rep made my visit so easy I came in just looking for a charm and I was pleased with how she was able to quickly ask what kind sjpwed me many options that I ended up buying 2. Her customer service was awesome I will be back soon
