Everyone was soooo friendly!! Sharon was the best and you can tell that she was the supervisor! Good job pandora for hiring her! Her staff was knowledgeable as well...Sharon was training another woman who knew her stuff as well! My overall experience was wonderful!! And to think, I wasn’t going to buy anything! But because of your staff, I purchased an item!

I called ahead to insure the store had the items I was interested in, as I know certain pieces sell out during promotions. My items were put on hold for me and both sales associates that greeted me, Daisy and Alonna, knew exactly what items were on hold for me. They were full of energy and both knowledgeable and passionate about Pandora. They even helped me plan for my next purchases to come during the holidays. I will certainly return to shop this location.

I lost a few of my links because my clasp became weak broke after 1 week of my purchase. I was devistated. She was extremely helpful and sympathetic and got me a new bangle and washed my remaining links for me. Very good service
