Associate has full knowledge of product was able to recommend additional pieces to my bracelet that I had not realized.

My saleslady was very nice and patient w/me. She made suggestions I may not have considered that helped w/my choice. One of the associates even called another store w/out me even asking!

The associate was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the charms AND the order they went on my bracelet. She did a GREAT JOB. She cleaned it up as well!!! Great Experience!!! I LOVE MY PANDORA BRACELET!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she found several of the charms and I was able to select. Also when I left, I saw a necklace in the window and we voided out 1st sale so that I could purchase the necklace with credit and not tie up my funds waiting for a credit to be applied to my account
