I was just satisfied, I wish engraving was at all locations that was cool to see but there should be more employees working.

I just wasn’t

I was satisfied. Not every experience is going to be highly satisfying. I just bought a charm. It was not ecstasy.

Some charms were not available , the sales person wasn’t very familiar with all the availability and the process was a bit slow.

I wish there were more earring options.

I was satisfied with my service, however, I am in the process of moving out out of the area and will not return to that store. I may order online.

Assistant had an attitude the whole time. I usually get discount for law enforcement at all other stores, but she would not give me it and just brushed me off.

I never rate highly satisfied on my first visit. I would need the same service rendered the first time a second and third time before that kind of rating.

I believe more could have been done by the associate.

The customer service was nice from everyone in the store.i forgot one of my bracelets and the lady followed me and brought it to me.
