Pandora Jewelry

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I got to see a lot of options around. As well got to see what charms I wanted put on the bracelet I was gonna give away

I had an in store pick up and it was unclear who to see or where to go. I had a difficult time catching anyone’s attention.

The store is very small and it was crowded so it was hard to move around

It was kind of crowd and the associate nails was to long to try the bracelet on she could open the clap so my daughter can try it on but the bracelet fit once she try it on at home

I was looking for DC specific charma and I thought there would have been a wider selection. There were only two options. Also, there was an add playing in the store showcasing specific charms; however, the charms being diaplayed in the ad were not available in the store. Other than those two notes, my experience was fine. The sales clerks were attentive and knowledgeable. I was greeted when I entered the store and made my purchase with ease.

Well I came in looking for some everyday rings to wear, my preference is gold. There was a lot less gold rings which was disappointing and it didn't give me the most options to chose from. I wish the associate would have tried to converse with me more about what would be best to buy since it was my first time. I would've liked to take more than one thing home but I came home with one ring and so far I like it.

I am not highly satisfied because I cannot wear my Pandora jewelry when I'm swimming and you really don't offer a guarantee on your jewelry. I purchased a Pandora bracelet that keeps randomly opening and falling off my wrist. I told the associate that I would be willing to pay more for another bracelet if they would just give me credit for this one and they are unwilling to do that.

There wasn’t much of a selection for my ring size and that upset me. But overall the service was nice, the employees were sweet and very helpful. I was just upset about not getting rings I wanted

When deciding on purchasing clips for my first bracelet I was not aware that it was a purchase of two clips at $45 each. It should be advertised as such..

The store should be a little bigger. There should be more variety of the merchandise. The prices should be a little more accommodating/ reasonable.
