I was very pleased with the service of the store manager,(Andrea) (Pentagon City Mall) from cleaning all my wife's jewelry and took the out to explain to me about upcoming store sales. I will be back to visit soon.

The selection of charms for the link bracelet was very limited; even the salesperson agreed. The salesperson was not helpful in making suggestions.

The customers were rude when they were greeted by employees. I had to wait patiently because it was 2 employees working at the time.

It was hard to see the tray through the glass. I got a bit frustrated as normally they put the tray on the counter.

Davon, the sales associate, was great. However, Pandora hasn’t provided a decent 14kt gold collection since you started making that shine one. It’s very disappointing to have invested in a gold bracelet and not have a good variety of gold charms to choose from.

Old sales associates should help the newer ones with customers especially when the customers are regular shoppers. The associates should pay more attention to the floor than each other because i had to go and ask for help versus being greeted when i come in the store and it was only myself and 2 other customers in the store

The checkout process is slow. It would easier to put the bar codes on the back of the display item base as opposed to flipping through a book to find the item.
