I loved the merchandise, my sales rep and the ease of moving through the store. I was only “satisfied” with my overall experience because I had specific charms in mind to purchase with a brand new bracelet and there were none in store. My daughter graduated and I wanted anything educational (cap and tassel, books, scroll, etc.) and there were none. But my associate was great and I chose some other charms. I’ll order online.

Overall my experience was wonderful.I was kind of dissapointed that all of the Pandora store I come to ever has any of the rings in a size 10 in multiple styles.

Quality service, convenient location, mass selection

I was looking to exchange a bracelet. Found several bracelet styles were not available. Finally find the 3chain bracelet but one of the string was bend and there was not another available. So I ended up choosing the 19 instead of the 17 length bracelet. The ease of exchange was ok. The wait time was longer than expected due to only 2 sales associates were at the store. The store is smaller than other stores I have been to.

My experience was great. I will return.

It was not the sales associate I was dealing with she was wondering. There was a guy there acting very funny towards me. I did not feel welcomed by him

Clean atmosphere but none of the best charms were available

I was created at the door, but when o started to shop I did not have the assistance full attention.
