Friendliness of the associate, the associate taking the extra mile to find other store for me for items that was not available at this particular store

Fast services, the store was very clean. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product. She showed me various options and took the time to explain to me the warranty on the jewelry.

The store was very clean and COVID friendly, one of the associates was cleaning the floor while I was making my selection and the sanitizer wasn’t empty as in most grocery stores. The sales person that helped me was very friendly and had an approachable attitude something that is not found in people lately. Even though she was new she seemed pretty knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to my question she didn’t try to guess but told me she was new and would find out for me, I appreciated her sincere honesty, again you don’t get that anymore from people, the customer service experience was a 10, glad I stopped by the store instead of going home due to my flight getting cancelled.

Leah , help me this day and she literally made me feel like I was at home. She help me get a credit card with 12 months free interest ! I’m sooo happy I’m finna go back now to get more because I just love looking at my rings.

The reason why i’m highly satisfied with my visit on June 9, 2022 because there was a lot of option not only for my size (4.5) but for every other size.
