The sales associate was very helpful and was easily to measure my daughters hand just by looking at her wrist but she still measured her wrist and it was the correct size for my daughters wrist. My daughter loved loved her bracelet.

The woman who helped me complimented my nails which was very sweet of her. She was very observant of what charms i liked and made sure i knew all the options. She also sold me a polishing rag.

The lady that helped me with my charms was so sweet. My jewelry was cleaned properly. She was patient and showed me different charms to buy.
