The employee, Ana, was very helpful in knowing about the piece I was looking for. Even the item I was not able to find at this location or online, she gave me a few options for store locations that may have the item I was searching for.

I was very satisfied because the attended me very good.the only problem i had was that the price was diffrent than they told me and that there should be more workers because the last time i went there was a Big line .the other from that the viste was great

The sales rep Ana was very friendly courteous and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make my selection

I called in an order with sales associate Samantha. When I arrived, I noticed there was a long line to enter the store so I called the store back and Samantha answered and said that there was a store pick up line that I could get into that only had one customer in it already. Once I was at the front of that line, I told Samantha that I wanted to purchase 3 additional charms for my 2 granddaughters, making it a total of 4 in this sales transaction. After quickly selecting the items, Samantha brought them out to me to inspect, and then she gift wrapped them for me as well. Samantha was a very pleasant young lady who did an exceptional job taking care of a Pandora customer. I was highly pleased with the way I was treated. My 2 granddaughters will be pleased as well with their charms as well. Thank you. JWH

It's a small store have to wait inline outside store so not happy about it. Happy with store associate Rhianna, she was friendly and will suggest products available in store. Happy with purchase will definitely buy again.
