She provided the type of customer service that just makes a great start to a day even better. I absolutely love going to places where employees are genuinely kind and not just doing so because it’s their job, it makes me want to spend more money even though I know it’s not going to them.

We appreciated the quality of each charm. We also liked the variety of both the bracelets and the huge volume of charms to choose from.
