My overall experience was great but I’m disappointed about the Virgo ♍️ Charm. It wasn’t available on line for an entire month that’s why I came to the store, the store didn’t have it either. I understand that things happen but you guys have a reputation:) Get more Virgo ♍️ charms. ASAP. Thanks

I was highly satisfied with my experience because I was greeted as soon as I arrived to the store. There were two lovely ladies working there and they immediately helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Then one of the ladies proceeds to direct me to checkout and explained lots of helpful things to me. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Because the manager was some understandable in exchange for my BRACELET after I told her that her employer had told me that if anything were to happen to my BRACELET, they would FIX or EXCHANGE it. I even ask her employee that even if it was in clearance and she told me, yes so I had to tell the manager that 2 or 3 times by the time she said ok ill EXCHANGE FOR YOU. I told her to thank you and that she needs to tell her employees to let the customer know that about the JEWELRY that they buy clearance is the finale that there no EXCHANGE or Refund so it won`t happen again like it did to me after been there 45 minutes
