During a Pandemic and the initial reopening of retail business..it was great to be able to shop for a mothers day gift. The line moved fast. Safety protocols were not overexagreated but reasonable & didn't cause delay or an unpleasant shopping experience. Staff was delightful & accommodating! Great experience, during trying times!

Sales rep was very nice and extremely helpful. She was patient and gave me different options to choose from explaining the differences. She took her time to move charms and show me how it looked on my wrist.
