We called first and in a timely manner we found what we were looking for. Sales associate that helped us on the phone also helped us in person. Even though she up saled us she helped us match the perfect gift for our daughter.

Lorena M. No 170525 did an outstanding job in assisting me with finding a special gift. She was so friendly and patient while I looked at all kinds of charms. She made a much better recommendation on the bracelet clasp I was buying and went out of her way to help me with my choices. She did not rush me or pressure me to get something I didn't want. I was so pleasantly surprised at her attitude, politeness and overall professional manner coming from someone her age. As a senior citizen, it is difficult to find people from the much younger generation with good customer service skills. I will definitely be back because of her attention and personality.

The store was elegant and the merchandise was presented very nice. When coming in it does take a few minutes for someone to assist but you can browse while waiting. The sales associate that worked with me was very engaging and helpful.

It’s always fun to shop and decide on my next charm. Plus my birthday is in a couple weeks and recently Pandora has released some very nice and meaningful charms that I like.
