I had to exchange a ring bc of size and the sales associate was very helpful. She then took the time to show me another ring for purchase for my mom. She complimented my gift and showed me matching earrings tootoo.

I was overwhelmed with my shopping experience at pandora being a first time customer because, the sale's associate was very eager to help me, and I purchased a bangle bracelet and three pandora charms, she was perfect for my shopping experience while at pandora US. It's funny because when I finally decided to look at her name tag, she was the lead salesperson. And the whole entire time, I was like...wow she's good at this she really knows her pandora! lol
