Well considering it was my very first time going into to the store it was great. Diana helped me with my whole order. She was very informative great customer service and all around fun person for my fist experience. Great service!!!!

The sales associate was nice and recommended great charms to purchase when available. Purchased what I wanted for my birthday. Great charms they have and more to come.

Jessica was very helpful. I called ahead and asked if there was a certain charm there (it was on sale) and she was able to hold it for me. When I came in the store she helped me from beginning to end. She gave me great advice on what ring I should choose and sizes.

The sales associate and manager were so nice, I went in and bought a ring for my sister and we had to go back later that day she wanted a different size and she swapped it for silver instead of the rose gold. I also brought a few rings I got as a present and exchanged those and they helped me out and they were so nice, I really hope whoever reads this review reaches out to them at the Willowbrook mall in Houston, TX and tells them they’re doing a great job!
