Jacquline took time to not only assist with exchange but also selection and care. My last experience was horrific but she made me a lover of pandora again. She has outstanding customer service skills and very pleasant to interact with. A Godsend after a hectic day at work.

The employee that helped me knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect size for my ring. She gave me tips and knowledge I didn’t know before. Very helpful!

They didn't have much stuck because it is right after the Holidays but the associate still tried her hardest to assist us and help us find something we liked.
