I had the pleasure of meeting Jacqueline today purchasing some gold earrings for my granddaughters.. Jacqueline made me feel very valued.. I could have went anywhere else but I will come to see her Always... Store Manager quality

I explained to the sales associate that I had been looking on line and wanted to see specific rings. I could not remember the rings I had seen and tried to describe them whereupon the sales associate showed me some and other options as well. She was knowledgeable on pricing and if not sure, she looked it up. She was helpful and patient as I looked and tried some on and ultimately purchased one item which was on sale to my surprise and delight. Excellent experience and Happy Birthday to me!!

Jacqueline was very helpful. She offered to clean my bracelet. She helped with adding charms to another bracelet. She also helped me chose a new style bracelet that suites my needs. Finally, she recommended that I purchase the cleaning kit. I did not know this existed, it also included a "bracelet opener", since I have problems getting the bracelet off. I am very happy and pleased. She was awesome.

Sales clerk must have been new. No smiles. Didn't seem happy. Would prefer a friendlier sales person.

The store was organized and calm it was so easy for me to find something I liked. I already had an idea of what I was looking for so the worker recommended me different designs and colors. Also when I asked her questions she answered my question very quickly. Overall this shopping experience was so easy for me I would definitely come again.
