I was gifted a Pandora bracelet with charms as a Christmas gift, Christmas 2017. The bracelet was 2 sizes too big. I was able to come into the store and exchange the bracelet for one that fits my wrist good and get my complete bracelet with charms cleaned. The process was easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Sales associate was very helpful. Was wearing my Pandora bracelet and she arranged my charms and cleaned it. VERY Helpful will return to that store for Christmas shopping !!!
