I was acknowledged by one of the leads as I walked in (although it would have been a lot better if she had smiled). Then I was promptly assisted by Ashley, she was friendly and patient. She made some suggestion that help me select my final items. And when she gave me wrong information about an item, she was prompt to apologize.
