The only reason for my purchase was to get the free jewelry box displayed on all your propaganda. The associate told me it was available and then when she bagged my items, she gave me a different jewelry box. I realized what she had done when I got home. Extremely disappointed.....

Prices are somewhat high. If you are having a promotion, you need to have extra sales associates on hand. i think opening at 11:00 am is late, why not 10:00 like you used to. I went in because of your promotion.
