There was only two sales reps when we got to the store they where busy with other customers so we had to wait to finish with the other customers in order to be helped

my visit to this location was pleasant. the sales rep "ashley" was very friendly help me and my boyfriend. even told us about the thanksgiving specials.

I was not highly satisfied because the associate I had seemed like she just wanted money at the end of the day and combined my sale with a friend I had because " it messes up their sales" when they do transaction separately. Other than that everything was fine.

There was an account with my name that I didn’t create. They couldn’t tell me when it was opened. I enjoyed my sales associate. She was friendly, funny and patient. She also talked me into purchasing charms when I only came in for help with my clasp. I’m not angry. I love my Phoenix and moon charms. I was disappointed that for Disney, there are no references to minority characters like Tiana, Moana, the new AFRICAN AMERICAN mermaid. I’d very much wanted a charm for or of MALEFICENT. ALSO CHARMS OF Egyptian Ankh, scarab or the Eye of Ra has great potential.

The associate lacked training. The tech they used to take my payment had problems in reading my card. Not sure if I received my return and when I purchased my items was charged more for the same items.
