The associate did her job as she was supposed to so there was nothing to highly satisfied for. I asked her about the expiration date for the survey & she didn’t know she had to ask another associate

I was not highly satisfied I was very satisfied with everything but I just don't like how there is a big line just to get in the store the store in the Willowbrook mall Houston area should be bigger the line gets to long other than that everything worked out awesome

There were only two employees in the store, so they were only allowing two customers in at a time. I waited in line for 20 minutes before entering the store. I would have gone to another store, but I live over an hour away and I was already there so I did end up purchasing something because I had already driven all that way. I will seriously consider ordering online from now on.

The wait time to enter store was long. If you have a promo going on, you should have more sales associates.

I wish there was more availability of items in store as well as online and more space as well as staff to be able to communicate with clients the best way possible.
