i wanted to buy my charms brand new and i payed full price for them. my charms were scratched. they don’t look like the best condition.

I waited 30 minutes to go inside the store. What I wanted you did not have in my size. I tried to return an item and I was only able to get a refund by gift card only.

the organization of the store was nice. However, it was a busy evening on a Saturday and there was not anyone manning the door to keep count of guest entering. Furthermore, there was a lack of employees to service guest. I waited for approximately 40min before being helped. The 2 staff that were on duty were with other customers.

I have been to this store before to purchase my mom a gift for her 50tb birthday. I came back to add more charms to her bracelet. The sales associate Ashley was very nice and patient. She helped me select some BEAUTIFUL charms for my mother. I loved my experience on my visit of the day of: August 22nd, 2020. The only problem I had was the commotion out by the food court. There were some young kids being escorted out by security that just made me upset. However, my overall experience at Pandora was splendid. The customer service is amazing, the staff is cheery, and the checkout process was quick and easy.
