I was satisfied, I don't think the rep did anything extraordinary outside of her duties that warrant to be extreme nor did I need something extreme. I judt made an exchange and also purchase something new.

Lead associate Lorena was rude it’s like she didn’t want to help me and was stereotyping me. I asked her where the charms were and she didn’t want to help. Ashley however went above and beyond. I spend 633.00 online but will shop there if Ashley is there.

Good service. Wait not too long. Friedly clerks. On 2nd visit merchandise wanted not in. Wanted merchandise was taken from a display Piece. Sale written up promptly.

When I finally reached the end of the line I was excited to get the necklace I was standing in line for 30 minutes for. When I got there the associate just got right in to it, I told her what I wanted and she said it wasn’t available which was kind of disappointing. And then I saw another necklace, it was beautiful, she the insistent I got the earrings for it so I said yes. I was excited, come to find out they didn’t have it. Just the fact that y’all didn’t have the items I was looking for unavailable in store.

You were out of a lot of pieces of jewelry that I wanted. You put on a bangle promotion but are very limited in your stock, especially during the holidays.
