I wasn't highly satisfied because I looked at the products online and I went to the store and get it right away I already knew what I want it but next time I'll go directly to the store and have a pandora experience

The store was clean, there were sales associates available for assisting me with shopping, they don't seem to really care whether I make a purchase or not. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to be 'sold' anything, but a well versed suggestion or inquiry would be helpful because it shows me that you care about my business as a customer and about my experience and value for my hard earned money as a person. In short, she was nice, just a bit lack luster.

I was not shown all the charms, more than half of the trays shown where empty, i requested to see the glass charms and was told they were discontinued, i was not shown how to remove or put on a charm bracelet

I came in to purchase a bracelet set for my daughter on her birthday. We had a hard time finding a bracelet in her size. We ended up settling for one that we were not looking at in the beginning.

The service, when Inget my product they didn’t offer the registration, so now I can't exchange my bracelet, and I don’t have the receipt.

The availability of charms in the rose tone was very limited and the store was crowded.
