I was wanting more of a deal..I wanted my bracelet cleaned but they said it takes 40 minutes. But the salesperson was extra nice and friendly with all of the let downs..

I visited the store mid-morning/ afternoon. When I walked in there was a sign in sheet that I placed my name on. There was maybe 5-6 other people in the store and I had to wait about 15 minutes or so and the store is small. I did had a good experience and I am very happy with my purchase.

Because I could only get my 10% off if I ordered online and not in store

There is always room for improvement. I never rate highly satisfied.
