Didn't genuinely greet us when we entered store. The associates' tone of voice wasn't welcoming. Felt rushed to get out of store.

I understand that it can get busy at times and that there were only 2 associates, but I didn't like the fact that it took over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. A simple nod, or "I'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed. Once I was being assisted it was all smooth sailing. Assistant Manager Diana G. was very personable and had a lot of knowledge regarding special pieces I was interested in and helped me create a brand new bracelet. I am very pleased and love Pandora. Overall it was a good experience.

When I bought my $70 bead. It broke within less than a month. It might have been a defective, but at least I was able to exchange it for another one with ease.

I wasn’t Dissatisfied nor highly satisfied because the wait was long and as I was looking around, one of the ladies was staring at me the whole time. It wasn’t A stare as if she wanted to help me, it was a rude stare, like what was I doing in there. And she didn’t even speak but the other lady that helped me, spoke to me.

The staff could have been friendlier. The store was not overwhealmingly busy, but it felt like the staff rushed people to buy or leave
