For me "Highly Satisfied" would have entailed sn extraordinary experience with extraordinary circumstances - this visit didn't meet that criteria. I was satisfied with my shopping experience in general. My salesperson was exceptionally personable and professional - this was truly apprerciated.

There wasn't a lot assistance on the busy day, and the waiting list was way longer than it should be.

I had to wait 10 minutes to be taken care of. usually there is enough staff to attend you right away.

Only 1 associate available to help customers, (others were late) stood in line (patiently) when ask the associate for a tray that I seen before being asked to stand outside tray was moved, associate was irritated with me for asking for it and she was unable to find it right away.

The woman helping us was stuck up, unfriendly, looked unapproachable, serious and spoke with attitude. I came in for a birthstone ring, yet she didn’t seem to have any knowledge of what ring it was, what color for the month may, and then was confused between what ring was for august and may until I showed a picture. I shop at pandora often, never at my closest but I definitely won’t be going back to that location any time soon!

The wait time to get into the store. The disregard from the employees. Employees standing around doing inventory check and ignoring the line to allow guest in. We waited in line for 37 minutes!

Took about 30 minutes waiting outside store. Then when I got in I felt rushed by the associate. I picked out a charm and she just took to the register and was waiting for me to check out I could not look around to see if I wanted to buy anything else
