A lot of stuff was not in stock they was studied saying the same thing over and over and I see one price and it was totally different price in stead of saying it start at a price and go up. Also the girl that check me out explaining that I should have took this Survey to get ten dollars off never new this when I could have done it last purchase also I lost out but I spent money this time and sadly I didn’t have the ten off. I think they should have told me the very first purchase.

Sales associate was very rude and lazy, she told me that there store was all out of what I was looking for. Then I saw a whole display on the wall of what u wat looking for. That manager had to help me because I was furious. Store was crowded as well

The associate acted as if her assisting me was a bother. I didn’t know what I wanted to purchase and she wasn’t helpful. I felt rushed not as friendly as my other visits. A lot of charms weren’t available.

Although the store was not busy - only 1 other customer, no sales associate asked if I needed assistance. I had to asked do I need to sign in for help. A sales associate should always ask if one needs help. Don’t just assume one is just looking and not buying. You never know who or what a person is or has money to buy.

I was purchasing a pair of earrings and i asked the associate the price she said is $50 and is on the label as well so i decided to buy two pairs of what i tought $50 each by the time i was paying one of them rang as $55 i decided to ask as she never mentioned why the price difference and she couldn’t give me an answer just oh yea they where $55.

I was not greeted when I first walked in and didn’t know that you had to sign in. I was looking around when another customer walked in after me and was told to sign in, so of course she was helped before me. There was no pen either to sign with. The whole atmosphere wasn’t pleasant or warm welcome! I will not return to this location at all.
