Your staff was not friendly, the two young girls working didn't seem to want to help. they finally threw me to a sales associate who was coming back from his break. the two girls seemed lazy and were occupied doing other things.

I felt rushed during my purchase. The lady seemed like she cared more about making a sale than assisting me. Based off the information I gave her, she could have been more useful.

I don’t like the attitude of the sales associate when I asked her a couple of questions. She responded like I was bothering her. She looks like she was ready to go home.

The sales person didn’t want to work and keep asking me if that was all. I wanted to buy more but I felt I wasn’t welcome. Some earrings that I wanted they were damaged and she was trying to push those on me like no big deal. This store is not friendly at all. Just for the record the store was empty. So no need to rush me specially when I am buying different items.

Employees did not look interesting inn helping. Looks like they had more important things to do then helping use.i was hoping to also purchase a chain but rather take mor time to go elsewhere for better service.

I was told that the item I wanted did not exist. I was trying to get the Lady bug charm with the wings in red. The manager told me me that there has been no red lady bug available in about three years ago. Today my wife was disappointed because her friend has the lady bug charm I was looking for that says 2022. Obviously she will be returning the pink one to the Willowbrook Mall store. She will be going to the Deerbrook Mall store.

Needed my daughters bracelet cleaned. The associate didn’t take the time to clean it properly. I cleaned it when I got home and it became clean.
