Customer service rep Elsa was not professional. She seemed to be annoyed when I asked about the Harry Potter charms. Her attitude was not friendly, seemed like she was on edge or bothered.

It was 2 associates in the store 1 was busy but the other not , I wait in line outside the store like 15 min. They don’t even say a word to me the co manager was walking aroun chilling the only reason I don’t left the store because I buy online and I was only pick up my order.

The representative that helped me was rushing, didn’t seem too interested. Also at the end of my purchase she walked alway and i had to put on my own bracelet.

This is probably my second time coming into this pandora and both time I felt unwelcomed. The person who helped me gave off a rude aura. She did help me with what I needed but I felt she was just there hating her job and not having that welcoming customer service.

Sales rep not Knowledgeable of product. Kept asking her what she knew. Got discourage and chose to buy one product instead of multiple because she did not know.

I went there and purchased a bracelet and wasn’t not informed of the free charm ( “stronger than ever” ) with a bracelet purchase. I went home and looked at my emails and seen the advertisement. When I call back the same day they inform me they no longer have it and have been out for days. So why are the promotional items being handed out before the promotion even begins? I would like to know how I can get my charm that I really would like to have and why the location I went too was beginning their promotion days before the email has even circulated. Please reach back. Thank you.

I arrived waiting around was not greeted when I finally got to someone she just told me to wait because she’ll help someone worse who walked in after me so I had to explain to her I arrived first, the store isn’t big she saw me there first, then she didn’t even know which charm was the June rock and tried to sell me a different one saying that was the June one until she looked at the book. My experience wasn’t a pleasant one at all!

When my husband and I walked in the store we were treated like we didn’t belong. I was confused as to what I wanted and just wanted to see a few charms. She pointed them out through the glass. This is not my first charm and I’ve never been treated that way. We did make a purchase. Once she realized we were the charm we picked she kept it on top of the counter while she went to get the device so we could pay.

I had a charm break and I was told it can not be fixed or replaced due to company not having a jewelry iam ver disappointed now that I have spent a lot of money with this company.
