I’m happy with the merchandise however the customer services was poor. The associate at the store was not nice, they don’t have customer service skills at Pandora. I love the product but customer service skill are not good at all. I have gone to other charms places where customer service skills are excelent. The associate probably thought that I didn’t have money to make a purchase cause I was i undeciate of to get to my wife for her bday. Also she seems bilingual but never talked to me en Spanish and I’m not fluent en English.

We had to sign in to be serviced which was no problem. Sales associate skipped our name and went to another customer. When brought to her attention she made it seem like it was not a big deal. After expressing how it was an issue she simply said “my bad, just wait” luckily there’s was a nice manager Tanesha and other customers who agreed the associate was rude and disrespectful assisted me and completed the sale. I’m highly dissatisfied and know why I continue to spend my money at Tiffany’s... this would have never happened. I was videoing this incident will share on social media because this issue should have never happened. Thank you Tenesha for being a caring manager.

Store manager was rude with my son who is only 2yrs. Who someone can fix this as is a shame we as customer like us have to spend $$$ and deal with this service.

The sales associate was rude, cold, and unprofessional. She was unfriendly beginning from when she called my name to after my purchase was made. She seemed very impatient when I was looking at the different ring options and asking her to take out the ones I wanted to look more closely at; she did not offer any suggestions regarding their different options--merely standing there silently, which made me feel awkward for taking my time to decide on the product I want. There were several times when I asked to look at a certain ring and she seemed to take an usual amount of time to respond to this simple request, and still ended up taking out a completely different ring than the one asked for. Overall, I was greatly disappointed by the lack of professionalism in the sales associate.

The sales people were rude, especially the one that appeared to be in charge. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the store. After awhile someone tells you you have to sign in to be helped. They had signs up all over about a big sale but I was informed rather rudely that it didn’t apply to what I was buying. I have purchased Pandora from other stores when it was busy and never encountered this. This is my 3rd time in the store at Willowbrook Mall and I won’t be going back.

I purchased the lock your last year in February.And on 12/19/18 it broke so I took my bracelet in to see if they could fix it! Only to be told by a rude unprofessional sales agent that I would have to go to another store. Because Pandora in Willabrook didn’t have anymore. I’ve requested to see a manager and it’s like it’s a forever for that for the manager to show up I have spent a lot of money with Pandora even introducing my friends to wait and family as well this is spirit was very heartbreaking. After speaking with the manager I was so that she normally don’t exchange bracelets and like I am formed her you guys have a warranty on y’all’s products and he has not been a year since I’ve had this bracelet needless to say I would never shop at Pandora in Willabrook I will take my business elsewhere

Sales associates had no knowledge of what they had in stock. Not friendly at all while I shopped. A smile would of made a difference.

The sale associate didn t seen very helpful and every time I ask for an item she said they didn't have it without looking for it. Also couldn't answer my questions and didn't know if you will get the new items. Very disappointed in my visit.

The sales associate was not friendly. It was obvious she did not want to be there. She never smiled and I felt rushed to purchase.
