The employee helping me didn't give me options. So the bracelet I bought was to small for me.

There was a promotion going on, purchase would allow you to either a ring or earrings. My purchase would have allowed me 2 free items. I asked the sales associate if I could take 1 pair of earrings because the pair I wanted were $100 versus $65. The associate asked the Manager and the manager said no, it was a good question but the answer is NO. I ended up only purchasing 2 items and let one of my friends pick out a pair of earrings she wanted. That may have been the policy however it’s one that may need adjustment. Thanks

There were three associates ... Two of which were unoccupied..and it took 5-10 minutes for them to help me.

First of all this is our first experience with Pandora online and in store. During the holidays we busted and my girls sizes of bracelets were nit available. We bought some charms but needed the bracelets. I ordered them online along with other items on top of that. The delivery was not made as promised or date and time was changed. Finally got our order and it’s was wrong. Bracelets too big and on the gift set o other for my self I only got the heart necklace and not the earrings. I know it was a set because we clicked the set and only got the necklace. My daughter wanted a gift card and typed what she wanted on the card and it was sent as blank. We had to drive to the mall such an inconvenience and was greeted with no welcome and all I wanted was to get the correct products that we paid for. Bad bad experience!!!

I placed online order again because the first order I placed and went to pickup was incorrect... So I did it again for another store pickup and the same thing happened.... I am not happy with my experience I just started shopping at Pandora on my birthday November 7 of this year because I was gifted a bracelet and went crazy shopping for charms for myself and also Christmas gifts for friends and family. I was totally a James Avery fanatic until I came to Pandora on my birthday. After this last experience on yesterday I was very disappointed.

Pésimo servicio de la empleada k me atendió Jane nada de amabilidad no trata de vender ni de explicar sobre el producto pude captar k su mente no esté en Pandora no estaba en enfocada en su trabajo tardo mucho para atenderme paso alas 11 am

They had the door blocked off so only 1 person can come in per employee. For pandora is losing business by blocking window shoppers out in the mall because personally I would never wait in line just to “look” in pandora The employee Elsa was rude. She told me my order was expired and I was supposed to pick it up on the 15th. I told her that the email I received said I had 3 days to pick it up. She rolled her eyes and said “let me check if we still have it” I suggest you train your employees to be kind. Because that 1 experience makes me never want to go back.

I always love coming to pandora but when I went in this time, the lady was extremely rude I felt super rushed she was even repeating asking me questions I already given her the answer to which let me know she wasn’t even paying attention to what we were talking about. I definitely won’t be coming back for a long time or recommending anyone going with that customer service. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she was rude from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Very unprofessional.
