Although I appreciated the store’s’ awareness of “social distancing,” after waiting outside of the store for approximately 15 minutes, I opine that the sales rep could’ve welcomed me with an attitude of friendliness/courtesy. Upon entering the store I clearly expressed to the sales rep/clerk that I was there to purchase charm(s) and perhaps another bracelet in an effort to meet Pandora’s requirements of the “free BANGLE” bracelet advertisement. For some reason the clerk didn’t show me (even AFTER I thought) the charms that were in other cabinets/trays. I just been warned of my 3 minutes left so my comments are NOT COMPLETE and I will move on to the next page, as I do not want to start this survey over.

There was an associate there that literally yelled at me “ma ammmm!!!! Are u with someone here “ I said no then she goes then step outside here in line she was so rude it was an older lady she even rolled her eyes

An item was marked on price and when I went to pay for my merchandise I was charged a higher price without my knowledge until I was ready to pay for my purchase. When I brought to cashiers attention she act as if I was wrong for wanting to know the price of what I was purchasing. She could not find the items in the book and they were in the 30% tray and I’m sure I paid too much for the other item as well which I maybe retuning on tomorrow because I’m unhappy with my transaction!

I was very disappointed because I was looked over by all the sales rep then then I get get one she was very rude

Customer service and sales associate were unprofessional and extremely rude.

Michelle was the associate who helped me. I walked in and told her it’s my sisters sweet 16 birthday... she had no knowledge of the products, she was extremely rude to us. & very dismissive when speaking to us. I asked her multiple times to show me the clips available in the book, she said “you can find them in the book yourself I don’t know”. I asked her to build the charm bracelet so I can see what it’ll look like, she responds “you can look at this one it’s the exact same”. Every request she had a rebuttal, and rude comment. She rolled her eyes and when I asked the price, she said you can go to the register and When I ring it up you’ll see. She was not friendly at all and unwilling to assist in such a special moment. When it came time to box my items, she put it in a paper box and placed my charms in black wrap, and threw the bag down in front of me. I said “no ma’am, I need the boxes it comes in, I’ve shopped here before “ she said “ we don’t do that, it comes just like this” I said will you give me a white box, with a bag and do it correctly I don’t want my stuff thrown around” she responds “ the manager is right there I’ll get her to tell you” more things occurred after this

My order was canceled by Pandora PND#08538464 I was still charged to my account and Havent recieved my money back.

Rude sales associate. Not the one that completed my purchase. It was another one inside the store. Didn't even catch her name because I just walked out of the store. Will never return to speak with her again.

My sales associate was not with the program she made sure that she told me she had gotten back from Vegas trip and she was tired. That she was my whole transaction was voided out and I had to return the next day to do it all over again VERY INCONVENIENCE!! Being that it was a gift for someone and I was not able to give it to her tell the next day. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY VISIT!!!

I went to pandora to get the special buy $100 & get earrings or a ring for free I got the ring which I paid $15 extra because it was $15 more than the $65 dollar. And that was okay, not to long ago I went to a different pandora & they told me abou the 20% off which I should have been told In this store because I did buy more than $125 total. I won’t be going back to willow brook pandora at all!
