It was clean. Workers were nice. It was the perfect amount of people in the store.

Prices are too high for the quality of the product.

The safety procedures were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, responsive to my questions, and high quality in their interactions within me. Adeline U was the salesperson, and Isabel also helped me when I called earlier in the day. They were great and I will be shopping more with Oandora because of the impact they had on me.

I believe my sales associate’s name was Gabriela, she was super friendly and helpful. She had an amazing taste in jewelry, and helped me pick out the items I bought! I believe she was the nicest sales associate I have talked to at Pandora!

All staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledge. Great customer service too. Offered to rearrange my bracelet and cleaning it too.

Our sales associate, Kateryna Z, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She brought the charms we requested and sanitized them before letting us view them. She was very patient and kept us safe during this pandemic!
