The associates were friendly and we found beautiful gifts for our loved one.

The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable and helpful. The store was being cleaned after each and every customer and the greeter did a wonderful job in helping the flow be correct for Covid standards.

Kateryna was very knowledgeable and attentive. She had no problems with the new cleaning measures in place. Her goal was to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The manager Lauri was a nice tribute as well. She made accommodations for me to ensure I would be a life long customer. Which I will be. They both went above and beyond with their customer service and kindness. Will definitely be back

Pandora has always been kind to me when I come in. I always have what I want picked out & if they don’t have it I have alternatives. I make their job easier & they are always pleased to help.

We went in to buy a new bracelet for my daughter. Grandma bought her a bracelet when she was infant and it didn’t fit any more because she 12. We were very happy with our salesperson and are very happy with her new bracelet.

I was very satisfied with my experience because the women who helped me find my perfect ring was amazing. I didn't end up getting the ring I came in for, but she showed me many more beautiful ones and I found the perfect one for me.

The sales woman was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave me a lot of tips of how to take care of the rings I purchased, and she was an absolute doll to speak with! When i recommend friends/family to visit the store, I will tell them to ask for Lauri.

Everyone were so friendly and helpful, and patient. Like how they sanitized items that were touched.
