The sales associate Kateryna Z 182952 was extremely friendly and she was concerned with my wait time. I was very happy to see that Pandora is doing all they can to keep employees and customers safe during this difficult time.

The person that helped me was helpful and nice. The purchase I got was awesome and looks amazing, also fits well. Nice and quick with finding what I was looking for.

Kateryna Z was very helpful to us and she took time with us tell us view things we wanted and gave us great service on what she thinks looks best which helped me because I always need a second opinion

I was extremely impressed with the lengths to which the store manager and workers went to keep themselves and customers safe in this time of a pandemic! I waited outside for one minute until a saleswoman was available. I stood in the same spot while she brought a tray of jewelry to me. She cleaned the piece before and after I touched it. Luckily I found what I wanted quickly and was out of store in no time! Thank you!

Sales Rep was awesome. She had knowledge of the merchandise. I called ahead and asked about a certain product but when I got there there were better options suggested to me by Isabel.

My boyfriend now fiancé & I went in to purchase engagement rings! We had such a wonderful sales associate who reassured us and helped us. She made our experience very positive and we could not have asked for it to go any better!!
