The staff member who helped us (Eva W) was very friendly and knew a lot about the jewelry. I felt comfortable having her there to show us everything and answer my questions.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora exprierence because all the sales associates and manager were patient. They were organized, and super patient. The managers kept track of who walked in when that way everyone was being helped in the order they walked in, really appreciated that.
