Kateryna was great to work with very nice and didnt mind that i was not buying just exchanging.

The sales associates were very patient with us. We spent much time debating and they were very nice and supportive. There is no complaints!

The employee helping me was very nice! She knew exactly what charms I was looking for. The store manager was also very kind!

Isabel R. was super helpful and took her time helping us out with the ring sizes and what ring we should go with. Great customer service.

I was immediately assisted by the employees at the store. Gabriela was super helpful. She looked for what I needed and provided me the number to a different pandora that carried the product I was looking for. She also found the exact charm I needed.

When we walked into the store we’re greeted nicely and everything was well organized.The sale’s associate was so polite and patient.

While I did not receive what I came for it is always a pleasure to visit this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable making each and every visit fun! I did walk away with other desirable purchases.
