Sales reps were attentive as soon as we walked in the door but not pushy. We hadn’t hadn’t requested assistance yet but a rep overheard us talking and pulled out a tray for us to look at which I thought was nice. Rep was helpful and explained everything very well.

Gina was extremely friendly when helping my boyfriend and I locate the ring we had put aside earlier in the day. She made the experience a lot more fun than one would think. Big shout out to her for helping me find the charm I didn't know I absolutely needed for my bracelet!

I love the fact that the customer are valued..I got a coupon from pandora which I feel should be continued and Natalie the sales rep was wonderful and calm with me still I left.
