Pandora Jewelry

My sales associate's name is Natalia, she has taken care of me before, and all I can say is that she's amazing. She has knowledge of everything that is in the store, I went in the store to shop for the new addition the flying pig and she responded oh yes! Pippo. She also clean my daughter's bracelet, I was actually shopping for her birthday. I love the customer service of that store overall.

I’m a impressed with the professional attitude of Ginalyn C. She helped me with a return for a different sized bracelet. Earlier I had a hard time communicating with corporate office about products. Everything was resolved when I came to the store. I would recommend other people to come to her for sales. My self n family had been buy so much pandora products. We will continue because of this wonderful experience which has put me at ease. She wonderful at sales a true gem. Request she get her recognition.

Pandora has nice selection of jewelry that are nice for self or gifting. I really like the design and will go back

Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm only in Old Orchard occasionally, but I do try to visit that Pandora store when I can.

I was highly satisfied with the knowlegd of the associate. She seemed to really care and recommended me what she thought was better. I loved her honestly. She was the shift lead and she was going above and beyond.
