I was very satisfied with my visit today at Pandora Old Orchard because I was helped as soon as I got into the store and I had a pleasant conversation with the women who helped me pick out charms and clips for my bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the ease of getting the products I wanted. I told the sales associate what I was looking for, she pulled out exactly what I needed right away. She did make a suggestion to go with a bracelet that had more details but when I said I was not intrested in it she did not pry like many other associates typically do in retail. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

The sales associate was very professional in explaining everything very thoroughly she was able to help me create a very nice bracelet at a reasonable price.
